Getting setup involves an introductory call so our team can understand your requirements and identify if you can be onboarded to use Cleartrade without any additional software modifications or whether our team will need to implement customisations. Customisations refer to company specific policies, such as procedural rules, private data based on your property types, appliances, and internal and external compliance policies. If you are a single landlord, these are relatively quick, but larger organisations usually take a little longer due to the complexity of teams involved.
Cleartrade is designed to work alongside existing systems. We provide additional AI capability to legacy CRMs which work just fine but do not have the latest LLM enabled features that Cleartrade provides. We use a combination of APIs and MCPs to work with existing systems. In some cases, such as with PBX systems, we have to evaluate the compatibility on a case by case basis.
It all depends on the level of integration required. If you want Cleartrade to work with your email inbox, it will take 1 working day. If you want Cleartrade to automatically pre-populate work orders, send emails and Whatsapp messages to your team and contractors. It will take longer. On our introductory call we will evaluate your requirements and likely integration time needed.
Yes! This is the simplest setup and is usually preferred by small landlords and property management companies as it is a minimum cost option that is ready within a couple of days.
